Living alone again and without a partner or anyone who could see the marks definitely makes it more tempting. For now my mood is pretty good so I'm staying strong.

Sorry folks, back to zero. I'm cutting as well as beating now. I needed to steri-strip a cut to close it, (yep that means I have a si kit with everything I need). Hit myself so hard that I broke the rod I use. Got seriously dehydrated through not eating and drinking enough and have only been able to partially rehydate, oh and using alcohol too. I don't seem to care how far or how low I go.

I was almost at six months and then began a downward spiral . Getting worse as of late..only been a few hours and I'm already wanting to again.
