Can't make it to a day right now...

It has been about 14 months now.

Just over 9 and a half months, but the only reason I haven't done it is because I have nothing with me here. It's all I want to do though.

It's been around 5 days, I think.

I may as well have been pissing into the wind with my last post.. I'm not doing well at all

3 hours. I have a thing about sharing a part of myself with my deceased loved ones... With my cat dying Sunday, I shared "some of myself" with the flowers I planted at the cat memorial garden. Just as I did at my bf's old grave. I hope that's not too freaky. It's just a way I feel I can be with them more permanently.
Though it broke my 3 month record, it was one cut and felt purposeful. I almost feel like it doesn't really count.
But at the same time, the pressure was really building up.

Almost 4 days

One day.

0 days :/

Almost two weeks.

38 days but days like this don't make it easier...

Zero days...I've been at zero days for a week now. I can't seem to stop.

having had my one pressure release, it is hard to keep not doing it. "urge surfing" daily. Keep up the good work friends! Even ppl with 1 or 0 days. we're still alive, we're still doing what we can. as someone told me "it was just one" (vs my usual) "so that's a win". I guess every little bit of effort we put into it counts (even if that effort is doing it so that we don't die instead).

Back to zero.

Less than 12 hours.

Before that: over 5 months.

I think it's been a week, but I can't really remember.

At least 5 years.. possibly 6 or 7. Stopped counting ages ago. So that's at least 1825 days. Hey, you know what they say, "If I can do it, so too can you." It's but a distant and unpleasant memory. I don't even get triggers anymore, or if I do, they're mild, and I move on from it quickly. What sucks, is all the sodding scars I gave myself. I'm pissed off with myself for that.
