I thought that too, I couldn't even imagine stopping. If there is something you have to do, make it smaller or less than before or just wait longer in between. Each day, hour or minute you hold on is a win. Keep posting here, it really helps me, even when all I have is bad news knowing that someone somewhere cares makes me care a little bit more too.

2 months exactly for SI.. 4 days for suicide attempt.

I'm intending for both numbers to rise indefinitely.
