I think today is a week since I cut! (Admittedly only because the nurses took my blade from me) but still...a week is a week I guess

2, but I'm depressed and my rage is out of control. That's the only thing that calms me down, and yes, I've tried grounding myself, deep breaths, meditation, asking myself why I'm so angry. Even if the answer is idk, I stay enraged and actually get a little more angry that I'm that angry, and idk why. *le sigh* rant over: 2days.

Still 0 days, I've got myself into a twice a day habit On the plus side I've skipped my bedtime cut tonight.

I had some blood taken today and watching the nurse take the samples seemed to trigger the same emotional response in me as cutting does so I didn't feel the need at bedtime as strongly as usual.

Well I have a bruised cheekbone from punching myself in the face last night, but I still count myself at 1 year and 1 and a half months because I didn't cut and that's the real issue for me.

I got to two days but then slipped today. The break made me realise just how much I feel the need and the relief it brings. I am fighting an urge to obtain more blades I know if I do then I'm accepting this as part of my life and even though I'm struggling to stop I"m not ready to let this define me.

I managed to go about a month without and then slipped yesterday. Usually I would be upset with myself but it's been really hard with my T on vacation for almost a month (she gets back this week) and being bombarded with flashbacks. I just seem to go in cycles where it's bad for a while and then I stop for a while and so hopefully this slip doesn't become a pattern again.

Good job Mully, a month is a good long time, especially under the circumstances! You can start another good run.
