my wounds have healed
and i still feel bad my thoughts are pounding i need relief i need to let it out i can feel the blade im trying so hard to delay im screaming out inside my mind i dont know how long i can hold out |

I am sorry you are going through a hard time at this time. There is a number you can call if youneed to talk to someone in person. 1-800-DONT-CUT. Also you should try to call your therapist and let your therapist help you get through what you are going through. Take care I hope things get better soon. Soidhonia

thanks for ur support... it would have been helpful to be able to call my T cept that were i am it was around midnight when it got all too much.. i had the worse time last night.. i called up lifeline but the chick didnt sound to welcoming felt like i was interrupting something cos she sounded impatient and wouldnt give me time to respond so i hung up took some sleeping pills and entered my drug coma for the rest of the night.....
im going to work today so i dont want to start it up again yet with my T.. |

do try to take care. If you ever decide to try those phone-lines again, if you get one person who doesn't seem to want to talk to you, hang up and try again - chances are you'll get someone new. I applaud you for even getting up the courage to phone a lifeline like that anyways.
