How would you explain how much you SI ??
I have been trying to figure it out...i pretty much do it three times a day and sometimes inbetween that....but that doesnt mean i make one mark each time...i just counted the last time i did it..and i ended up with 20 marks...sometimes its around 10 sometimes its 15 marks...so would i say i SI up to 40 times a day..or just three times a day as a general...do i make any sense...im confused lol......or i should say i am confusing myself....ok does it count for each mark you do...or what time during the day...like i do it (how i explain it ) breakfeast lunch and dinner and inbetween ....so the grouping would be three times and some inbetween ...or would i say 30 to 40 times a day....you guys understand???

I would say that you cut on average three times a day, more or less. (from your description)

I am sorry you're hurting so much. It seems like you really want to focus on why you make the marks, rather than when or how many are made. Would this shift in view be more helpful to you? I'm here for you.

Does the number matter when explaining to your T. You can make it sound "not so bad" if you say in general 3 times a day. T maybe deceived by the this. If you were to tell T that it you made x number of marks it may be more revealing?

I agree with the shift in view.

maybe what would help is being more descriptive about the inner pain in conjunction with that. The more we can verbalize the pain, the less we need to si.
