I find it difficult to word this. But in retrospect, through my treatment, i can't believe some of the things i have done, yet have no control over. It absolutely makes me cringe to think about.

Insecticide ingestion, taking chemical sanitizer tablets, methanol drinking. I am not joking. It is a compulsion that really scares me.

And i still can't understand why.

Welcome to PC!

Your not alone in your amazement of stuff done. I wonder what was I thinking.

Some may find this to be triggering - I think time to edit to put the icon on has run out - you may just want to PM a moderator to help with that.
