I'm sorry hon...
I'm glad your gyn was professional about it.
Can you talk to t about the growing urges? Maybe it's time to either confront h about this, or to get you somewhere else, but either way, you deserve to be safe.

I plan on making it a point next session to bring it up right away, instead of waiting to the end of session. Or I'll probably go to our crisis walk in tomorrow and talk about it, since I don't see him for 2 weeks.

I think I owe it to myself to be honest about how bad the urges have been lately, and let him know so he can help me.

SheHulk,

If it's hard to talk, can you write/type it down and pass T the note?

You deserve care, compassion, help and non-judgment.
Thanks for this!

Thank you. I went to the crisis walk in today, but just told the lady I cut to cope. I just don't feel comfortable talking in depth about it to a stranger, who I don't know their reaction.

I like the idea of writing it down and giving it to the when I see him.

I understand not being comfortable talking about it with someone you don't know, though it's worrisome that you will have to wait two weeks. Did you say he was on vacation? Can you call him and talk a bit? Did you say you had a second t? Could you bring it up with her?

Yes, he said he'll be out of town this week, so I have no way of getting a hold of him. The crisis T said I can always come back next weekend to check in, or there's 24/7 crisis Center if I need it.

I do have a second T, and I see her this week, so at least I have someone to talk to.
