Had a massive meltdown last night/yesterday evening. By some miracle (because Tigger was there) I avoided self harm
 9 days so far if I can manage the rest of the day

About 4 months now, settling in to a new job has helped I think as the thought of injuries opening and being seen on shirts has been off putting.

2 days for cutting... mostly because if I did, I would end up at the ER. Been some other, minor things that could count but weren't consciously done.
Gonna really, really try to make it thru tomorrow. Want to be able to show up at PHP without new cuts after the weekend. It would make me proud of myself...
