Thank you both. If there is one thing I have "learnt" its that I "deserve" this pain. Its what makes me real (well almost real
...) and to punish myself is my destiny. to you both  to me.If I was braver I'd slash my wrists in the correct spot, but unfortunately I am not..... yet Dont care about me, I'll only hurt you I made a post in "General" which I deleted about whether people get booted out for not making enough progress or negative progress. A kind person PMd me and said that reaching out and expressing my feelings is progress. So why do I feel like something that doesn't even deserve to live

Part of it was that I thought a friend was angry with me
 And if someone, particularly a friend, (or therapist or relative) is angry with me that activates all the old parental tapes. But it turns out the friend isn't angry after all  I think maybe I need a lightbox, ( maybe SAD, I certainly feel much more depressed in the winter) but the "undeserving" tapes contribute to me not having got one I'm also still having med adjustment "issues"..... ((((((((((((((((((((((Fuzzy)))))))))))))))))))))))))) I am so glad your friend is not mad at you. That must make you feel so much better. I think a lightbox sounds like a wonderful idea. Maybe you can bypass this tape and get one for yourself as you certainly do deserve one.
