a whole month without....

im tired of my binge purging and fasting ways, i have decided to see if i can go a whole month without doing the following

self harm
binge purging, or just purging
and fasting for more than 24 hours

any one want to join me or just wish me luck?

Let me be the first to wish you well alyssa! Im in. im hitting the two month mark tomorrow without si. so i will join in. we can check in daily if you want. no promises, the only promise is to TRY. we dont want a reason to give extra guilt if any of us fails that would be bad ok?

today is the second day for me, i ate mabe to many cals of yogurt in one serving today, so the toilette is calling me, but i wont do it

and i wont fast either even though my weight wont budge right now

im going to be good and im going to do this

.170 calories ,,,,,,,, That not to bad at all,,,,, Unless you eat about 10 of these things in one sitting ,, LOL. [ or did Me Luv put chocolate syrup on their yogurt.. hehe.
