i may have to give in - i can't start over just yet. fell yesterday and i can't get myself picked up again... may jst have to ride out the emotional wave and let it reset itself.
already ate chocolate tonight - the mood shift happened before that. at the moment, i'm in a trough of depression which is actually holding SI at bay. but not sure how long that will last. sorry all.
