Why did you cut yourself? Was it because you were upset she was mad at you?

I hate that too. A lot of the time people really aren't yelling at me but the wave of emotion coming off of them feels like they are yelling at me. It is like getting hit and I just want it to stop. I was talking to my T one time and said that my husband yelled at me. She asked me what he said. I told her he said absolutely nothing but it felt like he yelled at me. His silence was a shout to me. Does that ever happen to you, like you pick up on other people's emotion louder then most people would?

This is so me. But I always try to remember that I can't know what someone is feeling unless they tell me. Now that I think about it, many do tell me, just not in words. I so get caught up in others feelings sometimes. Even when I can not be sure what those feelings are.

awww Dragon. Thats so difficult when things like this present themselves. I also hate confrontations, makes people feel crudy. I am sorry that this happened and I hope u are okay. We all mess up from time to time; we learn from it. Dont be too hard on yourself. I think its good that u were able to write about this. Let us know how u are doing. Hang in there. Is your wrist okay?? Any stiches??
Thoughts are with you!!
