It seems that a lot of people are struggling right now (myself included).
So I think I'm just making this post to say a few things: A) You are loved. I loves ya!  B) You can do it, even if you don't believe it. C) If you fall, you can get right back up and try again. It doesn't mean you've failed. D) Bad days happen. We learn from them. E) You are completely wonderful and worthy of help and support. F) It does get easier, and it does get better.
