seriously.
i am a screw up. i really did do my best to not do it this time. i tried to talk to 3 different people. everyone said they were busy, I am not good enough for anyone. no one cares about me. i suck at life. i'm really upset  ugrfubdjkhgjv['d |

court... i care about you... and i am sorry that you were hurting so much that you cut... i am glad you tried... sometimes i can't even do that much... i am sorry everyone was busy... but that doesn't mean that they don't care... lyn

court knee... =( it sucks to try to call on ppl only to have them not be responsive. i am really glad you reached out to that many ppl. you've got guts and what it takes. don't let it hurt you, k? just cuz they can't be bothered says nothing about you (even tho it can feel like it). you did super on reaching out. i hope you will reach out next time, too!!! And keep reaching out here as well.

I hope you are able to reach out again next time you need support. Sometimes people don't understand how much you needed them right then. I am sorry that they didn't understand. You are not a screw up, and you certainly don't suck. I've had the moments where everyone was busy and it sucks big time - especially when we need support. So I'm sorry people were busy It's okay. It's okay to be upset too. You are a good person. Safe hugs. __________________

You are not a screw up because you cut. Stopping si is really hard, and it takes lot's of people many tries before they give it up for good. Good for you though for reaching out to people - usually I'm too scared to. And I'm really sorry that they weren't there for you. But that doesn't say anything about you as a person. Sometimes people are just busy or don't realize how badly someone needs help. The important thing is you tried.
Try asking yourself what led up to your cutting? What were you thinkign / feeling? What can you do next time you think/feel the same way instead. Sometimes having a plan helps with stopping the impulse. Hang in there. --splitimage __________________  "I danced in the morning when the world was begun.
