super hard night with the urges and the parts taking over. went to yoga today again - triggered=parts take over=chocolate = manic (now, which is new)=danger zone. haven't cut since the 7th.... trying to get through tonight. already chewed off all my nails, ate a chocoalte bar, 5 brownie cupcakes (that was the manic stage of making and eating them) and have been trying to keep busy ever since. the destructives are trying to take over (worse than just my little one) and i am having quite the time of it.

ty ((((((((halliebeth))))))))
((((((((((lyn))))))))))))

i think no more yoga in public for me.
t called - that was about as helpful as...NOTHING. i told her it was worse than usual and i was really in danger. she told me to paint or journal.
(not discounting you lyn) - you didn't know what I told t. with the parts that had taken over, it was pretty serious there for a bit and t knows that. and she left. she called just to tell me she was there, and to be safe, and left. what did i expect? that she could talk me back to safety.... and she left. =(
((((((thanks be given to those that did talk me back to safety in chat)))))))

I am so sorry you are struggline and your t was unable to give you the support that you needed at the time. That can be so disappointing and disheartening. I am sure she didn't totally understand how stressful you were feeling.

I am glad you got support in chat. Wonderful self care to go there.

If yoga was the trigger maybe it is a good idea to not go for a while.

I hope you were able to resist harming yourself. Please try and stay safe.

It's not the end of the world.

In fact hm, it's much easier to do something if you keep a journal, at least in my opinion anyway. Like every time you have the urge to cut, just write it down in the journal and then walk away and do something else to take your mind off of cutting.

At least that's what i reccomend. Not sure if that would help.
