I lost my mother this year Jan 9th , and despite nights of tears and heartache, (she could take the pain away when i felt down) ,now she is gone who takes her place ,who can take the pain in my heart away.i have felt like self harming but i haven't but i feel down alot since ,and feel as if i am getting lower, more tired and maybe more depressed in a very slow motion would like some ideas to help with my pain .

regards

(((((((deepblue)))))))) sorry for your loss =( I do hope you can find your mom in your mind/thoughts and heart to hold you when you need it and to take your pain away. Keep that warm memory alive within you if you can. Blades (or other methods) are so cold - they only take- not give warmth or love. They only pretend to help.
Keep reaching out, talk to ppl. stay connected with life. I'm here - I understand losing a loved one. PM if you need to.

when my mom passed it was almost like loosing a piece of me... we were very connected... it was really hard... one of the things that helped me was putting together a memory book of special times with her... it's still hard to look at the book... but it helps at the same time.... i am glad that you haven't si... stay safe...lyn
