*hugs* (if it's ok)
I understand. sometimes you have to. I gave in tonight too after two weeks, and over something ridiculous.

Just letting you know that you aren't the only one, and there are those of us here who truely do sympathize with what you are going through.

Hope things go better for you.

{{{{{{{{{{{{{JeBlackAura}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}} I don't think we have too. This statement is coming from a woman who injured herself seven days in a row last week, each time feeling like she had too. At the time of the urge it feels like there is no choice. But there is. I just need to state that. I need to believe there is a choice because I want to stop hurting myself. If there is no choice then I can't choose to be in control of my life. I think it is a matter of finally being able to see the choice. The urge to self injure blinds me from seeing the other options. There is a choice but it is a matter of learning to see again. This is a tricky thing. You are in my thoughts. Take care dear one,
Carrie

(((Jetblackaura)))
I agree with Zenobia we do have a choice, although I know it doesn't feel like that at the time you are doing it. My T and I are trying to come up with some constructive things I can do instead, the problem is that I don't think of them until after I have cut. Anyway you are in my thoughts...I hope you are feeling better now.

Jetblackaura:

I'm sorry you are feeling so badly. It's good to find a safe place and hide there for awhile. Take Care of yourself.

(((hugs))) if you want them.
