Welcome to PC.

Have you seen the pinned post about "things to do instead of SIng"? It can sometimes be useful for resisting urges to harm yourself (at least that is what I've found).

Don't give up. Today might be bad, but tomorrow can get better. It sounds corny, but it is true.

Keep posting. There are lots of supportive people here.
