Why me?
What did i do to deserve this? I am not strong anymore, I just want it all to go away. The urge is here, I am trying to fight it off, my therapist tried some hypnotherapy on me yesterday and I feel like i have lost control, i feel like he is in control- now he knows the reasons why and i do not like that. Why do i continue to let people in. I told him i didn't like it, but he said he was able to get some reasons as to why I cut, it is kinda obvious- im depressed and my moods are all over and well it makes the pain go away and I can see it go and lets me be in control and at times it makes me feel the pain when i am numb.

whatever reason you are telling yourself that SI is good is incorrect purple.. please dont harm yourself.. it contradicts the theory of healing... sending kind caring thoughts always...

Purple, I am so sorry that you are feeling so bad. I understand what you are saying when it is scary when you let others get too close. When we were growing up we were supposed to be learning how to have good personal boundaries. Many of us were not fortunate enough to have been taught this. It wasn't our fault! We were only children. We were supposed to be taken care of correctly by adults. Good personal boundaries help us to protect ourselves from others. When you don't have these the simplest situations send us reeling. These boundaries can be learned! I did it!
