I just got home from a psych center for 4 months.
i already feel the urge to cut and scratch and burn
i've been safe since 3/6, yet am having urges
i've been trying to work on my skills, but don't know what to do anymore
I'm begining to feel like running away again and burning myself to death
HELP!!!!!
my past two therapists that i've had and still have since february aren't helpful at all and i cant talk to them
psychiatrist makes me madder and feel upset
cant switch them because i'm still at an outpatient center
advice needed!

aww dance dont worry, its normal to be recovering and stil feel like this, its all part of the process! Just remind yourself his everytime you feel triggered, it is completely normal, you can override it and it WILL get easier

Welcome to PC dance. I am sorry that things must be very hard right now. Can you work through your skills and see if any of them bring you some relief? Is there something in particular causing you distress right now? I am sorry you don't feel you can talk to your t. Please try and stay safe.

hey bipolar bear, i'm trying my best to stay safe. I'm trying to get out of day treatment and voiced my reasons appropriately to my mom. I hope that she pulls through. I really need to change my therapists. My treatment plan is very twisted, yet i signed it. Is it possible to remove my signature??? How???

I need some help with this advice. I'm afraid to talk to anyone in person and that is why i'm using this fourm and chatrooms.

I love your picture of the "Bipolar Bear," it's so cute Lost!!!
please keep in touch

I hope your mom is able to help you too. I am so glad you reached out to her for support. Hopefully your mom has the particulars of your situation and will be able to help do what is best for you.
