I'm bipolar and when I cycle down it is horrible ! I can stand being awake all i wont to do is close my eyes and never wake up again but thats not happening so I burn . I crave the pain it makes me feel better and gives me something else to focus on .I haven't done it in months but the last couple days have been very bad. does anyone else feel this way? And how do you stop.

Hi Mickey, do you want to explain more how you are feeling at these times? My understanding now is you are coming off the high and getting depressed but you are still up enough where you can't sleep. Is it like a doomed feeling or something?
