can u call someone. Thoughts cant hurt u if it gets beyond that call for help.

I am so sorry you are feeling so bad. I know how hard it can be and how hard the feelings can be.

If you are feeling that badly please get some support right away. Call a friend, family member, t, Dr. , ER as a few suggestions. try to find another way to make the pain stop. i know this may feel like the only way, but it is not a better option. There has to be another way. Please tell someone around you that you are in this much pain. It is really important.
