So tonight I'm sitting there working on a gift I'm making, and my thigh starts to hurt. Really bad, sharp pain. I realize that it's old scars hurting. They are about two months old and the wounds haven't hurt in a long time, but tonight they are killing me! I'm talking it hurts almost as bad as the day after cutting.

Does this ever happen to anyone else?

No worries. It did make me think, but I'm not going to cut again.

I just wondered if this is just a weird thing with me, or if anyone else has experienced it???

They aren't hurting right now, anymore, thankfully

Yes I have heard of this Angela. I think there is a post about this just trying to remember which one it is. It is here.....

I will try to find it or if someone else knows can you post it here. Thanks.

Good to know that you are safe but I am sad for you being in this pain. All I can say is I am thinking of you and sending you lots of (((((((((((((((((((((huggies))))))))))))))))))))))))) xxxooo, I always write these on my kids cards and notes that I stick in their lunch.

Hmmm, I can't find it and its driving me nuts cause I know its here. It is not that old of a post. I can remember others saying that they experience the same type of pain.

I really hope you can get some answers to this Angela. But I do know I have heard this to happen to others as well.

Take care and be safe tonight...and always

Some of my deeper cuts have hurt at times even though they are a year old now. Sometimes it seems they react to my stress and other times to heat. I really don't know why they hurt off and on. Sometimes I wish I had a way to trigger that pain -- just might help me keep my skin intact more often.

Mine get itchy too. They get so itchy that I scratch them until they bleed.

Thats about all I can offer with this. Sorry. But hoping everyone is okay.
