thanks.... sorry about that post. It is my self hatred coming out again. Mike is going away on business for a week and I have just had a blood test for something that might be serious.... and like the ....... bear I am, I had put it off for a long time. It isn't life threatening though

![]() ![]() Life is stressful right now on a lot of different fronts for you. It is painful to hear someone you care about say they feel undeserving. I know you are deserving of being here, of being loved, of being respected, of being fortunate enough to find friends along this journey of life. You have all those things right now..........the disease is just giving you a hard time I think ![]() Want me to kick its ***?! lol I have a friend who used to offer to do that for me if I ever complained about someone/thing........he's jump right in with 'I'll go kick their *** if it will help you feel better!' .........I'd come back with 'that's awfully sweet of you to offer and that makes me feel better but no one or no thing is getting any *** kickings today.' ![]() Be nice to the bear please. I for one am not into bear bashing. I think there are even laws against certain treatments of bears! ![]() |

You don't have to apologize for the way you feel. We can all sympathize and accept you as you are, feeling bad and all. We just want you to know that we know the truth about you- that you ARE GOOD and DESERVING. Sweet Fuzzybear, I just love ya to pieces! I think you're wonderful and I think of you very often and wonder what you're holding back, and how we can all help you to be open about it. Hey Fuzzette!
How are you doing two and a half weeks down the road here? Feeling any more deserving now? I sure hope so dear bear!! ((Fuzzette)) The connections of things that you are putting together are amazing. I really hope you are journaling or keeping a computer diary/blog/journal or even copying posts into Word. Just some way of keeping track of this stuff. I really think that being able to see your own words written down and the new understandings you have of situations and ppl in your life will help you to feel more deserving. Figuring out the past hurts, connecting them to the present hurts and learning the patterns of how to avoid doing so for the future...........doesn't that sound like something worth doing? I know that if I can avoid pain I will. Learning how to do so is the hard part. Remembering how to do so in times of crisis takes practice. It isn't easy practicing things that are hard at first.........which is why we practice!!! ![]() To sum up this ramble (pre coffee and like I got real sleep after such a busy wknd?! hah!!) you DO deserve!! and if you are forgetting such a thing just ask here and you'll get the same answer: you ARE deserving of love, kindness and other basic human niceties. |

Well said, zh! Fuzzy, I hope you believe it. You do deserve to be cared about and loved and understood, and to be able to express the way you feel and be accepted for who you are. You are quite a wonderful person/bear. You deserve to have your needs met.
