I sometimes feel incredible urges to SI, but there are times when I just don't have the energy to do it. Anyone ever feel that way?

I guess what I was getting at was that there are times when SI is all I can think about and just don't have the energy... like now. I want to so bad and I'm just too darn worn out to go through with it.

Yes, I've definitely been there. In fact, just a few weeks ago I was really badly depressed and I couldn't get my mind off it. But I had no energy to do it.

Thankfully, by the time my energy was back I was able to hold off on the urges (wasn't easy, but I managed)

Good luck, Ryan.

((((((Ryan)))))))

I'm sorry that you are having a rough time with it. I think maybe it can be a protective response to not have the energy to hurt yourself. Hang in there.
