I suppose for me it was my knees and back. They didn't give me Motrin this morning and my body was in so much pain by late afternoon. :|

My knees and feet. I'm not a senior, but that doesn't mean my body doesn't feel its age.

My schlong ...That was more the AD's than age. To be honest, though, I had to "come up for air" more often as I aged...

My back. I injured it nearly 3 years ago and it never healed (despite a year of physical therapy). It makes me feel old because it's difficult to stand up straight sometimes (because of the pain) and I have to rest (sit or lie down) throughout the day to calm the pain.

Angelique, how did your dental appointment go?

Thanks for asking, Laurie. The office was much nicer looking than I was expecting. They told me what I already knew, but they also told me they could save some bottom teeth, so that was good news. I can't face having the extractions yet. I don't know when I'll ever be ready. Which body part first let you know you are getting old?

My eyes. I had better than 20/20, and the minute I turned 40 they went.

Head to toe?

Grey hairs

Needing reading glasses

Neck/back pain when doing yard work

Hip pain (can’t cycle anymore—OK if I don’t cycle or walk too much)

Knee pain (worst problem-both kneees torn meniscus)

Foot pain (always have to use arch supports)

Which one was first?? I can’t remember....oh yeah, memory issues too, LOL...

My area postrema (vomit control center) in my brain. It reminds me that I'm in my 30s whenever I decide to party like I'm in my early 20s.

It's not the first body part that clued me in, but Thursday morning I have shoulder surgrey. The tendon in my bicep tore, & I have tears in my rotator cuff. I'm wearing out & falling apart!

That's sounds so painful. Good luck with your surgery. I hope it will help.
