I don't think that particular size or girth is an issue. Everyone has a like for different things. I have almost zero sex drive but when my hormones go crazy, (once as month) The 12 in long, 3 in girth would make me the happiest girl in the world. So it just all depends on the size of the girl and preference. Small girls don't necessarily have small parts either. I am 5 ft tall and do not have an issue with size of penises. I managed to give birth to 9 lb babies with no problem either. God made us all different and blessed us all in different ways.

12 inches may be a little long, but I am sure user disgression is a consideration. By no means should anyone be encouraged to take more length then one is comfortable with. A foot might be little much, but who says all of it has to be used. Your mate has the right to decide how much is to much. That goes for any man. I know it's been a while since this thread has been touched but I thought I'd give a little input. Your length is really large, and it would be hard for the woman to take the entire length. There are positions you can try to make this easier, you'll just have to look it up.

The good news is that your girth isn't something that should scare away women. My boyfriend is way endowed (not 12), but his girth is quite large (just over 5 and a half).
