I'm in love with my best friend. She's a girl, and the only girl I've ever liked. We're both straight, but we've both had feelings for each other in the past, and when we're drunk we enjoy making out with each other. We talk about sex quite often...sometimes we joke about it, and sometimes we're serious about it. I would like to have sex with her, but after getting really drunk with her last night I found that she had Chlamydia. She said she took pills to make her cured but she told me that she's been bleeding during sex, although she said that it was likely due to her boyfriend being too rough.

I'm worried that she might still have Chlamydia and I don't know how to protect myself if we get so drunk we have sex. She's against using protection. I want to have sex with her, but I don't want to contract anything! What do I do?

Probably don't have sex with her or find some other way to immunise yourself.

As we can clearly see, against protection 〓 chlamydia, don't have sexual relations with your friend, she doesn't seem mature enough to care about her or anyone else's safety.

In some cases, "better be safe than sorry" is appropriate. This is one of those cases...

Chlamydia can be cured, unlike some STIs like herpes. I wouldn't be too concerned about getting chlamydia. I understand that you have feelings for her, but she has a boyfriend. You shouldn't be having sex with (or even making out with) someone who is taken.

Would you ever consider a relationship with her, or are you only interested in sex? I don't mean to be judgmental; I'm simply curious.

She decided she didn't want to do this while she has a boyfriend.
