OMG you're still here!

Personally, I don't use condoms and a lot of times I "beg" them not to use them. I have the IUD and as long as he's clean (and I do ask) I don't worry.

Well I told him to go and find someone else last night. I have lube in the house that I want to give him though and will arrange for him to pick it up but he's not coming up to the flat. I don't want to see him again. I certainly won't be needing lube and since he's told me there's other women he likes he can use it with them and have some fun. I'm through with men, no offence to any on here. Nothing personal but I have to be more disciplined and not believe them ever again when they say nice things to me because they lie.

I don't know when they'll close,my account but I wish everyone here well. Good luck. xx

Somehow I agreed to move in with this guy if I was made homeless. I had tried to break it off with him and he still hasn't acknowledged all the hurtful things he's said to me. He must know he's said them. I think because he doesn't let nasty comments bother him he thinks everyone else should be the same. You don't say things like that about people you like as a person though. I suppose the idea that men can sleep with women they find attractive but don't like as people is true then. I just hope I don't get made homeless. The last thing I should do is move in with a guy who has no respect for me and doesn't love me. Even like me. I wish I could be more firm. Maybe I will just have to keep washing my hair every night from now on. I'm not sleeping so I am tired at night. I have one way of probably making sure he will leave me for good, my schizophrenia diagnosis. I haven't told him. The problem is that I worry he will spread it about which us why I haven't told him. He took the mickey out of people hearing voices, which I have had, and that made me feel awful. I told him off but he didn't see what was wrong with it. He's an insensitive bastard, to be honest..

Having sex without condoms almost guarantees that a pregnancy will arise, as no pill or IUD is 100% preventative. Also, with IUDs, there is a very high risk that said pregnancy will be endoscopic, meaning that the zygote will implant itself onto the walls of the fallopian tube instead of waiting until it's in the uterus. This is not only dangerous to the woman, but painful and scary as all hell.

It's also very foolish as the risk of getting STDs goes through the roof. The Pill and IUDs don't have any shred of protection against these. If you have any shred of common sense and don't want a baby in the near future, or want a lifelong illness, then the use of a condom is very much mandatory.

Nothing in life is 100% but the hormonal contraceptives/IUDS methods pretty much prevent most of pregnancies. The risk comes from human error. (or hyperfertility, which is very rare)
It is foolish to say it is GUARANTEED pregnancy will arise. This kind of speech makes anxious people distrust their birth control.
Also, extrauterine (ectopic) pregnancies with IUDS only arise if the IUD has not been fitted properly or slipped into a bad position inside the uterus. It should not happen if your doctor actually knows what he's doing, and if you take care of not lifting very heavy weights.

Double protection is always good for peace of mind and in case the other contraceptives aren't being handled carefully. Also, they should be used when sleeping with a new partner with uncertain std status.
