Porn addition ruined my life

Any other addicts out there with any good advice? Been struggling for years. Behaviours escalated over the years and has landed me in trouble more than once. Would love some good advice on how to stay sober.

Check out the famous sexologist Marty Klein's videos. I think the YouTube channel is called Sexual Intelligence. Let me know if you can to find it and I will get links to specific videos that address Marty:s views on the subject that has caused you so much trouble. Marty explains what is problematic with the term "sex addiction," "porn addiction." You might find his views, alternative to what you've been accustomed to hearing, at least refreshing.

I am sorry if this is not what you came here for -I do not have addictions and cannot offer practical advice, but I recommend Marty Klein to al tleast widen their horizons and offer an alternative perspective from a person who has spent all his professional career on the field.

Groups and other members of sex addiction groups can prove to be very helpful. I am a recovering alcoholic and AA has helped me tremendously.
