Had a nightmare last night...involved me trying to find my former T for a LONG time, finally finding him. We went into his house, and I felt like something was really off. Just that sort of feeling in my stomach. Then I get a call, and someone's voice saying "He's going to rape you"...then hanging up.

At this point, I'm frozen still. Shocked. Can't move. And then I wake up.

I have had past dreams as well about strangers sexually assaulting me, and me being too frozen to react well. And then I wake up feeling guilty for not having reacted in good enough time.

Anybody have any idea what this could mean?

I had experiences of s.abuse. They hurt/damaged me so badly. I am guessing that your mind may be telling you to take some kind of course for personal safety. It never hurts to be fully aware of your own body and how it moves and how you can use it to help yourself.

Sometimes people fear something and handle it by avoiding it altogether, not a really good idea. It is also good to have a pepper spray on a chain, learn all the "easily hurt/immobilized areas of an attackers body. If you have been attacked you are free to beat the **** out of this person - or get them down and then run like hell!!!!

Just to cover the whole dream idea - you may be having this dream about something else disturbing your mind - a test, a new direction you may want to take to see if a new challenge may be causing you to feel restless and uneasy (threatened).

I'd say that you should keep your mind open and look for your answers in some new area. Best of Hopes for you,

Leslie
