I did the champix route but something that really helped me was giving up with someone else.
Not for support but someone I am highly competitive with. No matter how much I wanted that cigarette I wasn't going to let that person out do me lol Even now when I'm pretty certain she has started smoking again I'm not just to stick it to her ![]() |

I use e-ciggs but i really don't know how safe they are,but i do know there are no more ash trays, smokey smell or smoke. i've been using them for 3 years now.

Thats a pretty good idea. Never thought of it tbh, most of my friends who smoke have no intention of quitting though, so that's an issue. I find that thinking about my Mom helps me stay straight too. She never did like the idea of me smoking, and I wouldn't want to disappoint her.
