Pat, your boss sounds like a bona fide dickhead. Pardon my french.

I hope this isn't me being insensitive again, but this statement really surprised me:

</font><blockquote><div id="quote"><font class="small">Quote:</font>
...keeping your self esteem intact at that place is a daily struggle....

</div></font></blockquote><font class="post">

I don't understand why YOUR self esteem would suffer when the problem is clearly HIS attitude? Why wouldn't you see ANY statement out of his mouth as saying everything about him, and nothing about the recipient of his comments?

( pat )

Love,
LMo

Her boss IS a dickhead. His ego is way inflated. Sometimes, certain areas of our self-esteem can be fragile, especially when someone keeps trying to destroy it to make themselves feel better.

Pat, I'm looking forward to the day that you can finally how can i help this patient? him! He certainly is deserving of it! how can i help this patient?

Good for you!! At least your ammo isn't going to be duds like mine was (you know all about the brew-ha-ha when I went back to work, only to get laid off next week LOL).

You just keep that "I've got a secret" smile on while you are there, and do what you do best...CARE!!!!!!!!!

(That's what has gotten me thru my tough past weeks how can i help this patient? )

(((((((((((((((Pat))))))))))))))))
