thanks sujndog. can we give you a suggestion about the floor thing? beads physical issues is make it hard far her to do the floors to.well anyways we found this mop thing is called a swiffer wetjet...........beads loves it it gets the floor as clean as if you do it on hands & knees witch is how we has always did it and but it is really easy to use. its a bit expensive to get the mp but hopeign it will last a long time. you do have to buy pads far it cuz that what you put on it..much gooder then reg. mop where spread dirty water all over the floor.

Today I rested. I did not go anywhere, or do anything physical. I iced, took extra medicine, ate and it appears I have prevented a pain flare (tonight.) Good self care! Ahhh. finally.

Yesterday I went with the hubster to a pet store to play with one of the puppies. We lost our doggie a few weeks back. The puppy was a Saint Charles somethingorother...Cavalier. Brain is still on vacation He was so soft. We won't buy from a 'mall pet store' if we ever get another dog, but it was good to go play with one anyway. The hubster missed our dog a lot.

Today...went with hubby to see his doc and give support. He has painful knees and shoulder. Looks like surgery for the shoulder and he got a steroid injection there and a "lube job" into the knee joint. It is the artificial cartillage injection that I can't spell. That is supposted to last up to 6 months. It is a series of 3 injections. It is a painful injection to get.

Thanks for the floor-washing tip, Mary Sue!!!! I will look out for a Swiffer!!!!

That's great you were able to prevent a pain-flare, JD!!

So happy to hear you got to play with a puppy, Beholden! I'm really sorry for the loss of your doggie!

What I did right today is that I did some relaxation exercises this morning before I left the house for work

I took a car load of stuff to the storage locker. Now the house is one step closer to being in order.

Good going!!

I managed to calm myself down (somewhat) while having some very unpleasant physical and emotional feelings (panicky stuff) in the night, and I got up this morning and came into work even though I wanted to stay in bed!! (At least, I think that was the right thing to do!! )
Thanks for this!

Today I stood up for myself!

It was during an evaluation at work, and I was sick of getting the blame for everything. I was trembling like hell, and I didn't get the response I wanted.

The positive thing is that I know now that I'm not getting enough support at work and I can start looking for another job.
Thanks for this!

Those Low Cal Browneis tasted like s***. Bad man, really nasty. I won't be making them again. Yuck. Puck. Barf....

I was really hopeufl because it was a healthy sounding recipe. It said they taste even better the 2nd day. They would have to since they tasted like the worst burnt bitter Starbucks coffee in mud form I've ever had. (I don't care for Starbucks, but I know millions do. sorry Starbucks)

I might give them a taste today. But it will have to be just a very small taste. Maybe I'll add some of the low calory Hersery's Chocolate Syrup that is one of the ingredients on the top as frosting to help get it down?

I ironed hubby's shirt and pants at 4am today for my do right deed! I still have more do-rights to do with the rest of my day! How about you?
Thanks for this!

That sucks about the brownies!!!! Sorry they didn't turn out well!! I guess that would make them zero calorie brownies, since it doesn't sound like they will get eaten!!!!! Or maybe the syrup will help!! Well done for the 4am ironing session!!!

I called my doctor and my psychiatrist because my anxiety has been out of control and I have an appointment with the pdoc today. I'm not looking forward to a med change, but I know it's the right thing to do. So that is my "do-right" today!!!

sundog, maybe my brownies will help your anxiety! Good luck with your appointment and that is a 'right' to do.

On second thought, the brownies have Expresso powder in them, not such a good Rx for anxiety.

Can't sleep so here I am.

LOL!! Yes Espresso powder might be a touch too stimulating for me in my present state of mind!!!! I usually find chocolate improves my mood though, even though it has caffeine in it!

Hope you managed to get some sleep in the end last night!!

My do-right today: I am making plans to meet up with a couple of friends tomorrow
