Today I helped my mother to not feel as bad about herself. I left the house. I was kind to people. I hope this list grows as the day goes on. Thanks for all who keep this thread going. And again, thank you Sundog for beginning the thread

Oh, this thread sounds like a really good idea. I actually had to stop and think about something I did good today. I did my English homework today which I was putting off because I couldn't understand how to do it.
Thanks for this!

Good going you guys!! It's really great to read everyone's "do-rights"!! Thanks for sharing!!

I went for a run this afternoon and it felt good! I have a lot of problems with anxiety and lately I've even started feeling anxious about going running. But today I was able to get out on the trail and it went well.
Thanks for this!

So are you saying that your 'ran away from your anxiety"? sundog

Great do-right!

Everyone is doing a great job out there!

I put just the peanut butter and sugar free jam on my toast instead of the butter and peanut butter and real jam on it. YEAH
Plus the peanut butter is the one that has honey mixed into it, so it has less fat calories! So I've had my protein already today.
Thanks for this!

LOL! Yes, you could say that!!!

Good going on the PB and sugar-free jam minus the butter!!! I love PB!!!!! Yum!!!

I made an appointment to get my hair cut and have some more color put in. I've been putting it off for ages because I don't like being "trapped" in the chair at the salon for ages. But I'm way overdue for a visit!!! And Wednesday it is!!
Thanks for this!

I resisted the craving to overload on sugary snacks yesterday. The craving is back again today, so I hope I can do it again!!!!!!!!

Today I chopped and hacked ivy from my hill. It has been a 2 year project that is just about done. At least the stripping of the ivy part.

Soon I can plant beautiful stuff instead of ivy.

I made so much headway today.

I set a goal and surpassed it

Plus I made it a point to eat healthy today and between that and the exercise and the sunshine, I felt soooooo much better.
Thanks for this!

wow, i really like the idea of this thread, and it's great to read all the positive things people are doing

i am my partner's ride to + from work, and she switched jobs recently after several years. anyway, i'd been driving everyday the most straight-forward way of getting to her place of work, but yet it is the biggest "main" street in my city so it has been really bad traffic.... and my anxiety has been horrible, just sitting there in a car that's i'm barely moving in, it makes me feel so trapped. so anyway, today when i went to pick her up i told myself that i would go a bit more of a round a bout way, because i had a feeling traffic wouldn't be so bad. and it wasn't! i arrived at my destination NOT on the verge of or in a panic attack!

AND - i made myself take a moment to allow myself to see and recognize that i had done something to take care myself, and then congratulated myself

Yay! Walking dogs is the best reason to get out of the house and exercise!! What dogs do you have? Talking of which, I should go out and walk mine right now!!!

Today I went to the bookstore and I really enjoyed browsing the books. I even found a couple of things at the bookstore to buy as Christmas presents!!!!! Then I sat outside in the backyard reading one of my new books for a couple of hours. It was relaxing!

Rototiled and dug and spread compost and dug and dumped compost and picked up rocks and roots and spread more compost.

Man 6 yards of compost is a lot of compost! Not even half way done.

So grateful the hubster is running the tiller and helping me with my yard/garden. Hugs to him
Thanks for this!
