(((Junerain)))

I just put a pot roast in the oven for dinner tonight. Was going to make it in the crock pot, but the morning was spent sleeping and napping

It is raining and so gray outside. I like the sunshine better.
Thanks for this!

I went to a church and prayed to God to thank Him for his many blessings and ask Him and my Mom to help me and my business. I quite literally cried for help and courage.

I started off trying to use positive suggestions and words as a mantra of sorts, trying to be mindful in the day, and it helped for a while. I sculpted a polymer clay face for a doll. Depression overtook me by the afternoon, however, and had a good cry. I spoke to a friend by phone.

I got a shower earlier than I've been taking one and got dressed for the day by 10:00am.

I put another coat of nail polish on and let it dry without messing it up.

You guys are amazing!!!!!!!! I can't come up with things every day that I did right but I love reading what everyone else does!! It's such a great variety of wonderful things!!

Today I re-started group therapy and it seems like it will be a good group. I listened to a Mindfulness CD in the car on the way there and on the way back again. And I'm trying to practice some coping skills.

Hugs to all

I went to work. Re-potted a cactus plant - trying to revive it. Did dishes. Talked to my BF about a chapter we are reading in a book about BPD. Made supper (another meal that turned out well ) Went for a walk. Picked up after the dog. Now relaxing a bit.

I vacuumed the house and washed the kitchen floor. I did a load of laundry and went shopping. Took my dog to a park and flung sticks trying to tire him out. It only tired me out. I made a small effort to de-clutter. I called my voc rehab agency (no one answered ).

I read these postings just now, and could not think of one thing to write.
So the thing I did right today is to decide that tomorrow I will do something right so that I can list it here.
Thanks for this!

I talked to my friends at work. My home life isn't good right now.... so just coming to work makes me feel a slight bit better.
