Good going guys!!! Sorry for the stress you're under (((((((kitty))))))))

Today I did a lot of cleaning in the house and I also washed all the dog beds in my car and cleaned the interior of the car (it was filthy!!!).

I worked out, went to church, was good about my diet, and worked on a project I had been procrastinating!

Picked up a friend and her daughter for church today. Bought stuff to make chili at another friend's house. Picked another friend up for evening church. Went to bell choir and regular choir practice. Hugged my daughter several times.

Yesterday (Saturday) I went to a friend's home. She was a support as I created a profile at a dating web site . Today, another friend called about visiting. She came by and we walked with my dog and then chatted over tea. I vacuumed (again). I completed another sewing alteration job. One more to go. I'd been avoidant and anxious about them, and it feels great that I moved through it.
Thanks for this!

I am not sure I have done much yet. No acuter distress, perhaps?
Thanks for this!

I had a salad for lunch. It only cost a little over $3 and was super healthy and tasty. I usually have a sandwich. This might be a good way to stay on low carb diet and keep grocery bills low at the same time.

I was nice to the rude mother this morning who strangely brought a friend with her to introduce to me as a possible childcare provider for the friend (strange but whatever). I tried to order my god-daugher's school pictures (still need my mom's credit card number). I called the state to find out if I can advertise child care while undergoing their listing process and I can. I added the necessary paragraph and reposted my ad. I talked to my real estate agent about inspections on the house. They will be tomorrow afternoon. I talked to my dad about various house things. I took care of a kiddo; poor thing's coming down with a cold...again. Oh and last night I went to bed on time.

OMG! I LOVE this thread! I need to visit it regularly.

I want to start with yesterday: I caught my 6 and 8 yr old kids shoplifting. Took them back to the store, made them give it back and apologize to the manager. I also had them talk to a police officer. It was hard but I'm proud of myself as a mom for this one. Hope it made a difference for them. *crossing fingers*

So I'm not done with the diaper bag, but probably half done. (took on way more than I expected!) Cleaned living room. went to work. made appointment with an old T. did dishes. made supper. re-potted 3 plants. swept floor. (re-potting indoors is messy ) read more of my book on BPD. came here. going to bed early (hopefully)

I went to a baseball game with some friends from church, which was a lot of fun, and I'm grateful I'm making a new set of friends. What I'm most proud of is that while everyone was eating hot dogs and fries, I refrained. I recently started a low carb diet and it was challenging to not also indulge but I'm glad I didn't. When I got home I had some steamed veggies with some soy protein "chicken". It hit the spot and this morning when I hit the scale, I weighed in at 176.5, which is the lowest I have weighed in a while.

Thanks, sundog, for giving us a place to share our daily "wins"!

Well done guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went for a run today. I've been feeling really uptight the last few days and some obsessive angry thoughts have been coming up. Going for a run was definitely helpful.

Hugs to all

I had a yummy salad for lunch, which I made from the salad bar at the corner grocer. I'm trying to increase my veggie intake and have set a goal of having 3+ servings of veggies per day, which I have now accomplished two days in a row. The salad only cost me a couple of bucks. It came to $2.80 but the grocer only charged me $2 - can't beat that!

Well done everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got all our tax papers together to take to our CPA and my husband praised me for being so organized!!!! (I am not a very organized person by nature at all!) CPA was happy with everything, just need to submit one more piece of paperwork for the business and then we're all done and dusted for another year

I managed to give this exposition at uni even though I was so nervous. I guess the fact that I was sitting down and that the lights were off (because of the projector) helped me realize people wouldn't really notice my anxiety. LOL.
