I got up at 6am after not sleeping well at all. Shadowed another Peer Specialist. Went to team meeting. Paid a few bills, made arrangements for others. Took daughter to T. Went to DV support group. Talked with a friend. Ate dinner with another friend.

Oh gosh (((lavie))) that is terrible. Do you have someone you could go stay with for a while? It really sounds like you could use some TLC?

I got a haircut, it was not exactly what I wanted so I'm trying to cut it straight at home (we'll see!)

I went back to have my hitch (for my wheelchair carrier) put back onto my car but the one guy wasn't there...

so I took Caleb to the Vet for his "annual" (every 6 months, but this time for his 3year rabies etc)... it rarely takes an hour... this time 2 1/2 hours! My back is spasmed and I'm battling to stay out of a pain flare / managing a pain flare... But this task is marked off my list for another 6 months!

Now...hopefully I will sleep well and get up early and go get that hitch mounted!

I keep trying, while going through possibly the worst time yet in this life sentence that I'm serving.

Great job everyone!!

I'm halfway through re-entering two months' worth of book-keeping data after our accounting software hit a glitch and "lost" every single data entry since January 20th! I am actually learning some new aspects of the software as I do this so it's not completely in vain (though it sure feels like it most of the time!!).

I'm also about halfway through preparing the paperwork for our corporate and personal taxes ready for a meeting with our CPA next week.

It's all a number's game for me right now!!

Tried to work, but client canceled. Started emptying the storage unit. Took a nap. Went to dinner with my mom, and then shopping for a gps unit.

Overwhelmed with negative thoughts and emotions, I walked over to the psych crisis center where I've become a "frequent flyer" lately, and spoke with a worker. She gave me leads on depression support groups, and I made 3 calls. Still trying to locate a new Pdoc who takes my insurance. I enjoyed watching Sherman play with other dogs at the dog park in the beautiful weather. I confirmed by phone my teaching a 3 hour workshop in April, which I nearly canceled in fear. I sent off to the Juvenile Court my rather skimpy investigator's report.

I forgot to add my thanks to you wonderful people who've expressed so much love and support. I'm sorry for spreading so much negativity, and I'm trying to control it.

When I think of you, the word "negativity" could not be further from my mind. Really and truly. Your honesty is a gift to all of us. I'm just so sorry you are going through a lot of pain. Well done for confirming that workshop and making those calls. Hoping so very much that better times are just around the corner (((((((((lavie))))))))))))

to all...

Today... I woke up and got up very early (for me, in pain) and went to the car care center... where they finished my hitch issue and fixed my air conditioning! Then I got the motorchair carrier onto the car...so I'm all ready to roll. (As soon as I can move; my back is spasmed from all the activity.)

Be well.

I saw the supermoon I don't know if that's doing something right but it made me feel kinda cool and geeky. I also took a walk to the store and got milk, eggs, and kitty litter. Still need to change said litter though.

Today: finished cutting fabric for diaper bag. made a cake. helped girls get everything set up for their dad's birthday party. had birthday party. played games with girls. whole family made lasagna together. had some quiet time while girls read. ate supper. oh yeah more dishes! watched a movie as a family. got girls to bed. spent some time here.

Had to go lay down and rest after reading all that PleaseHelp accomplished.

I didn't wake up til 11 a.m. this morning after a restless night. But, I walked and played ball with my dog, vacuumed the floors, and this evening went to a friend's home to visit. She's a beacon of hope, despite her own bouts of depression. She showed me around Match.com, a dating web site. I left feeling a bit better in mood, and even recalled the spontaneous, playful me that I used to be fond of.

^^^ Hehe to needing to go and lie down after reading PleaseHelp's Do Rights!!! I agree that's a big list of accomplishments!!! Well done!!! (((((PH)))))

Soooo happy you had a nice evening with your friend (((((((lavie)))))) and that it really lifted your spirits. Yay!!

Great job on seeing the Super Moon, Smacky! Unfortunately it's raining really hard here and the sky is overcast so I haven't been able to see it yet. I'm hoping to catch a glimpse later!

Today I changed the sheets and did some straightening up at home. Took the dogs for a walk in the rain and then went into work. Made a nice supper tonight.

Hugs to all

(((((PleaseHelp)))))) You know I was joking and applaud your accomplishments!

Despite lousy sleep and waking late, I showered, shampooed and touched up my grey roots. My tenant walked Sherman (with me along) in my effort to get him used to walking with a replacement human. I folded and put away some clothes. I didn't cry today (tho it's only 4:20 ) and did better riding herd over negative thoughts and fears, redirecting them.
