Got up and went to the lab for a blood draw. Checking the old throid again. I did the dishes.

Am washing yet more garden pots! Only about 85 to go. I'm storing them for later use. I hate to have them sitting around dirty.

Went to work for team meeting and supervision. Went to support group. Talked with a friend for a few hours.

It's a good thing to be able to talk with a friend!

So far today, I've had a healthy breakfast, 2 cups of coffee and am going to start work on a Garden Diary Data Base thingy.

I want to track my garden plants, the veggies. It should help me decide what to grow next year ect.

I didn't let a situation (potentially bad, several unknowns) get to me, and it turned out to be not nearly as bad as I was anticipating
I almost over-thought it and started to panic, but I kept my cool by constantly telling myself to wait until I knew the facts.

Got out of bed. Still in pj's though and it's nearly 1pm!

Went to my pdoc appt. Worked from home. Went to my neice's 12th b-day party.

Working and sweating in the garden. Got some cuttings from a neighbor's yard for the most beautiful hydrangeas in the world. Hope they root and give me some plants by the fall.

Took a trip out to the mountains where my mother lives to get my head together.....my boyfriend wants me back at this point....but it may seem on the outside we were good for each other...but it's all been about HIM not about ME and who i really am...that matters.....

went to the library. went to the chiropractor. went to the store with a friend.

Had a great chat with my mom on the phone.

Walked the dog early today. Shampooed the kitchen, part of the dinning room, and aabout 1/3 of the family room before running out of both shampoo and energy. Planted 8 more bean seeds in pots, weeded the entire shade part of the yard and I'm pooped.

Took 3 different types of pain medicine and am using a heating pad on my painful low back.

tomorrow I'm planning to do more garden work and start to put my garden diary entries into the Excel spread sheet I designed!

Had a nice talk with my dad.

Slept until 2pm. Went and picked Caterpillar up and then went to church. Talked with friends after church. Took caterpillar out for dinner.

Got some kind words from a friend that snapped a funk that I was in most of the weekend.

Catching up: went out for a friend's birthday. took girls shopping. got birthday presents for girls. think i have everything ready for their party. went camping. fell in the lake (OK not a do right, but I didn't hurt myself! - just call me clutz ) unpacked camping stuff. did laundry. took a nap. watched movie with girls. spent time with my guy after girls went to bed. Went to DBT. did some errands. at work.

Turned my timesheet in. Babysat for a friend. Got caterpillar's new glasses. Went grocery shopping.

Paint, paint, paint, paint and then guess what? I painted more

Stayed in pjs all day. Made dinner and did the dishes.

Spent time with family. Made girls' birthday cake. Made supper, did dishes. watched girls open a present Watched a movie as a family.

I took my youngest daughter to get a new bathing suit. Then we went grocery shopping and as I was going past the cashier isles I noticed a wallet sitting on the little shelf when you pay - that cashier was closed. I took the wallet and gave it to the cashier and then thought I'd better go to the customer service to let them know if someone calls, they could say someone found it.

Years ago I made the mistake of putting my purse down to put a watermelon in the car and forgot my purse in the parking lot of the store. I called but no one turned it in, so I know the feeling of losing a wallet. I had to replace my drivers license, credit cards and birth certificate.
