Had Team Meeting and then TIP meeting. took a nap. Went to support group. Enrolled caterpillar in to a tumbling class on top of her Troupe class.

After going to bed at a decent hour, I've woken up early and I seem to have no problem getting out of bed and I was never like this. So, again, my day starts well.

yesterday: cleaned up the shingling mess. work. T. cooked. chatted here went out with some friends and when they pretty much ignored me, instead of sitting there sulking I got up and went and sat with some other people and enjoyed my evening.

I went in for, I guess, the screening session ? I got there too early but I stayed I had the thought of leaving but I stayed.
I also talked a lot Idk why, but yeah
I also asked my old hs art teacher a question about a medium that is used for a really cool project that I will be doing yes will be! Lol
Now I need to sleep for work

I cleaned my apartment, ordered a new charger for my laptop even though it's going to take awhile to get her..sigh. And I got the number for some people at my community college that I need to talk to. Not much but it's something, I guess

Went to work. Finished buying school supplies. Went to the bank. Got caterpillar's birth certificate for school, she is officially enrolled. Talked with the school nurse about giving caterpillar her meds on thursday mornings since her dad is non-compliant. Took a nap.

I've done way too much day dreaming today, but I have gotten some more cleaning done. I went to church for the first time in quite a while. I got dressed up decently for that and fixed up my hair and face, which I wasn't bothering with when I was depressed. I put out bird feed and cleaned the bird bath. I vacuumed. I ate a good dinner and cleaned up after.

Went to church. Had potluck lunch. Took friends home. Took a nap. Went to see a drama based on the parable of the 10 virgins. Took friend home. Called 911 and reported a light pole on fire.

I cleaned up the place in the morn, and tossed out old food from the fridge that needed to be tossed, did laundry and my boyfriend helped too with it... And I had over an hour long phone conversation with my sister (that I sadly don't talk to that much), but I filled her in on starting therapy and we talked about that among many other things, I've already shared with my two siblings I talk to about it as well (this is a pride issue and as my one sis said its a pride issue with the whole family) anywho I also cooked today! And skinned the chicken before cooking it...I haven't had any pop today either or coffee, ... But one bad I haven't slept for work yet but I'm going to really try to take a nap.

I went to internal medicine specialist and committed to taking better care of my physical health. I did grocery shopping and kept withing my tighter budget, avoiding any impulse purchases. I swept up outside the walkway around my apartment and cleaned the birdbath. I managed to keep in a positive frame of mind. I will try to use my evening well.

Went to my gp. Picked up all my Rxs. Dropped off my food stamp and medicaid recerts. Took caterpillar to T. Went to meet the teacher night. Made an appt to see my T on Wednesday.

catchup: going to work. watched some movies. cleaned house. did laundry. went fishing & had a picnic lunch. did dishes. pulled out all the stuff to start working on our jean quilt. Treated myself to a professional hair cut and color.

Ran errands. Work. Upgraded my cell phone & ordered it online (OK I had help). Went for a walk. Shot bow (I actually hit the target a few times ). Have the sewing machine all ready to begin sewing patches on the quilt.

I accompanied a friend on a doctor's visit that he would not have made if I didn't go with him. It was good for him to have me do that, but it ate up most of my energy for the day. I fought off sliding back into depression, as my anxiety is climbling. For me, depression is a way of escaping anxiety. I didn't take that escape today, and that was the right thing to do.

got anxiety under control so I could go to work. sewed patches on for the quilt. made supper. went fishing. read a little.
