I got out of bed at 6 AM. All my life I have trouble getting out of bed. For 3 weeks now I have no trouble getting going in the morning. I will try to sustain this new tendency.

Swam for two hours, first time I hit the 2 hour mark this year, maybe for a couple of years or five? I'm not getting older, I'm getting better. Not tired at all, I am AWESOME! MAYBE talking to D (while he worked on his car nearby) helped, ya think?
Thanks for this!

Avoiding sleep is not right. I better plan my days. This just doing things randomly is irresponsible. I hope tomorrow I can take credit for coming up with a game-plan and a step or two toward implementing it. I did put all my bills where I won't lose them. I've got a system for that. (A green basket nailed to the kitchen wall.) I need more systems that keep me accountable.

Turned in my notes and time sheet at work. Watched my niece and 2 other kids for my sister who took my other niece in for surgery. Went and picked my mom up from the hospital (she was there with my sister).

My avoiding sleep as a way of avoiding depression is not an example of me doing the right thing, It hasn't been totally a free choice, as I am so apprehensive about going to sleep that I just seem to stay awake. Running out of my TCA fed into that. Today I did get my meds at the pharmacy. (Using the public care plan for low income persons makes getting meds more of an ordeal than in private systems.)

I've taken my TCA and my Benzo. As exhausted as I am, they should kick in and I think I have the resolve to cooperate with the meds and get to sleep, rather than keeping working on projects around the house which keeps me awake.

I communicated with my accountant and got the go ahead to bring my 2010 stuff to her tomorrow.

Slow progress, but in the right direction.

At the end of my shift today things went to the poo place but i managed to be calm, tell my realife to please not mess with the drawer while i was there due to the noise & showed them where it had broke but told them to feel free to play with it after i left. I managed to stay calm when they completly ignored me about it and managed to remove my self by helping out a customer to the cafeteria :-) :-) yep yep

Been having a rough week, so don't feel like I've done much right at all. I've been making myself go to work. went to the girls' open house and met their teachers. did some canning. took my sewing machine in for a cleaning.

Went to work and presented my first case based review. Ate lunch and dinner. Picked a friend up and took her to support group, eventhough she lives 20mins out of the way.

Keeping myself busy seems to be a right thing to do, and I have been cheerfully interested in one thing or another all day. I am being more careful about what I eat, and seeing my weight drop gradually.
Thanks for this!

I remembered to take my medication, did some laundry, got up before 8:00, and washed my dishes right after eating.

I applied for a job on-line. That was hard (never did that before) and I'm wore out, but I think I can feel like I did something right. It might lead to doing more things right.
