What did you do right today? Part 2

I got out of bed right after waking up. I remembered to take my meds right away. I went outside and swept up the walk around my building. I thought pleasant thoughts. I felt goodwill toward some people in my life who are a little difficult. I prayed for a family member who faces a possible major medical problem.

The huge big long garden is mowed, handyman says he's coming out to help clear the stone shed so I can make it a den for my son. Dog proof run is tidied up... still waiting on the dog.

-Helped my dad.
-done some of my over-summer hw.

was polite to everyone today,

I swam some really hard backstroke, could feel my leg muscles. Did not let the bad boys bully me out of the pool. With the bandaid across my nose and my baseball cap on, they might have thought I was the lifeguard!

Got up at 5:45 and went to band camp for a miserable seven hours, practiced my cello, took a nap, went to cello lesson, helped our new exchange student, and though I was horribly triggered today, look I'm still heeere..

-Exercised for over an hour
-Washed dishes

Took caterpillar to meet her new T. Made dinner.

nothin, still breathin, fritlessly...and to the pain of everyone else!!

I did the dishes from last night's dinner, even though I didn't really want to.

Decided to take some alone time

DBT. Work. paid some bills. helping roof/shingle our house. took Turbo to get his hair cut. (our fluffy puppy isn't so fluffy anymore )will be doing dishes & cooking later.

Went to work for a few hours. Took caterpillar to dance. Called to find out when i can enroll caterpillar in school.

I cleaned the bird bath. I swept up on walkway around where I live.I have been cleaning the bathroom and will continue this eve. I sent an email to a beloved cousin. I refrained for using my car. I deleted a bunch of old email that I won't ever need again. I did some cleaning out of files full of stuff I will never need. I showered and found how that can really cool me off in the middle to the day. I got our of pajamas and into real day clothes, even put on day clothes.

Well, back to cleaning the bathroom.

Instead of doing a rant email in regards to work- I wrote a constructive email with the issue and the possible down fall of what may occur of an issue that is going on... I am not sure how constructive it is though- but I tired my best though and did not blame or point fingers- and used team work as a goal thing in the email

Had supervision this morning. Went to my oral surgeon for a check to make sure I am healing good. Took Caterpillar to dance. Tried to find a pair of white tennis shoes for Caterpillar (still looking have til Saturday).

I kept thinking positively.

Finished roofing one side of the house - oh am I sore. Put in extra hours at work. Did the huge stack of dishes. Cooked. Tidied up the kitchen. Rested

I called my T for clarification on what T said to me at my session. The statement is really haunting me. I may be reading into this too much but I should fine out before the weekend.
Left a message so hopefully T call back.

Bonded with these kids.

Went to work. Was able to put a skill i learned into practice with a client. Went to support group. Took caterpillar to her grandma's house.

Yesterday - work. T. was able to tell T when I knew what I was hearing and what she was saying were way different. went shopping. got a dress for my date with the bf. went for a walk with a friend & her baby. went out with some other friends.

Saw T, she cracks me up sometimes. Had papers notarized for caterpillar to go to school. Took a little nap. Went to work. Took a longer nap. Went to caterpillar's achievement night for VBS.

I continued my clean-the-house frenzy. I'm feeling so ambitious. Also, I tried to further my computer proficiency. I did not wander for too long in cyber space as an escape from my responsibilities. I got stuff together to do my 2010 taxes. I said a few prayers. I didn't overeat.

Making myself eat this dang sandwich... bleh.
