Got out and did the mall trick-or-treat thing with my daughter and grandchildren. I'm very tired, but the best part of the evening was my grandson kissing me good night. I don't care what anybody says, the world's best kisser isn't even 3 years old yet.
Thanks for this!

Great post/super idea to change things up.

I've had some big time stress lately, including the death of a family member and it has left me drained.

But...today...I
1. exercised (even though I didn't want to)
2. got some work done
3. got the house cleaned
4. wrote a good friend
5. sent someone in the community a get well card (heard they just had surgery)

I only cried twice once hysterically and once quietly, both episodes only lasted a short time. This is good for me.

I made a nice dinner.
I cleaned a little in the basement.
I finally went to the dentist.

Helped step-dad take the air conditioner out of the window. Went to supervision. Went to a client's house. Found out I passed my test. Went to physical therapy. Talked with an ED counselor for an assessment.

Wrote up a detailed summary of unfinished business so my co-workers can cover for me while I'm on vacation.

You folks are really on the ball! Congrats!

I supported my H through a rough patch, and we watched a movie together. I also read a helpful book on dealing with stress and tried to do things to help my pain.

Made my Voc Rehab appointment on time, even though it meant getting up early and I didn't feel like it, hadn't been sleeping well.

Took care of all chores that needed it.

Called in my prescription refill on time for it to be picked up Friday.

Have a tasty batch of bbq chicken roasting in the oven for hubby's arrival home.

Lets see here,

I got up around 3am I am glad I did not sleep all Saturday and today as my routine has been for a bit- Today I started to clean the filthy home that i have let go for over a month or more due to Beauflow Plague.. I cleaned up here and there a little in between but not really enough to be like cleaning if you know what I mean.. any ways

Got most of the laundry done, doing dishes and took out the large amount of trash.

Yesterday I started my card making for the holidays- yeah this time of the year is not my favorite BUT the card making is fun- I am doing art, and not only that I get to give it to another!!
I fear they wont like them as well, but I keep remembering what my boyfriend said, he knows his mom will like them cuz she realizes that a home made card has more love and time and energy in it than just a card bought from the store

Idk what to do though right now- so came on here, tried to help others with some input but sometimes I don't think i do well with that but at least I try to help another.

Woke up having anxiety at my girlfriends house. Some reason I wake up really anxious. But despite it I got up ran some errands with the girlfriend, went to the museum with her for a college class. Haven't went there for years since I was a kid so that was fun. All in all a decent day thank god.
