Sometimes I feel like nothing. I feel like I don't exist to other people. I feel like I'm not good enough. Like other people are judging me because I'm no good at what I do and so I get left out and avoided. Thus don't exist. I feel so incapable. Even things I love to do I wonder if I am doing it right and good enough. I'm not. I'm not good at anything. Nothing special. I don't do anything well.

I don't know
From the very beginning you are being told to compare yourself with others. This is the greatest disease; it is like a cancer that goes on destroying your very soul because each individual is unique, and comparison is not possible. I am just myself and you are just yourself. There is nobody else in the world you can be compared with.

Accept yourself as you are. Otherwise you will never see opportunity. You will not feel free to move toward it; you will feel you are not deserving. ~Maxwell Maltz

June everyone is born with gifts and I know you are no different you just have to find it. You are unique, special, important. You were created for a purpose. Say to yourself I am prepared to live this day in VICTORY! All my best to you my friend.

you are special and i think you are being way to hard on your self, we all have to be kind to ourselves sometimes.
hypnotherapy can help with putting positives into your mind. but also putting positive affirmations around your room in the bathroom etc....saying things like i am worthy, i am successful , i am a great person etc....
you have as much right to walk this planet as anyone else.
walk tall and have confidence in your self.
i am a total stranger and i believe in you.
take care of your self
take care

Decide what you want and like to do. Every day. Make a list. Follow it. It's your roadmap for who you want to be each day. The more focused you become on being the person you want to be the better you'll feel, and you'll notice that others will be more "attracted" to you. Following this simple approach changed my life ("Plan your work, work your plan" is the idea...with your life being your work!). :-)
