Drunken mistake

Ok...so we've all had at least one drunken night out...well last night... I was drunk and also (NOT THINKING) had taken my meds for the night (xanax and Paxil). My dearest friend had sex with "one of them guys" you know the one...that has sex with you.. and then never calls again. Well we was out last night....and ran into him. I was drunk and was clowning on him bad. I wanted him to feel the pain..he caused my girl. (Which by the way...my man is my girl's cousin and also best friends with the "guy" I feel bad...my man lost his best friend...and my girl still got used...how do make things better? She is a wonderful person. She has very low self-esteem...I wanna help ...but not sure how to help. She may also be pregnant. Any advice on this matter??? Why are guys like that? Why do "us" girls get involved with guys like that??

Those relationships have all been permanently changed and there is no going back. You can only move forward from where you are now. You can start by recognizing the choices that you have and the impact that each is likely to have on your relationships and the direction of your life. Then make choices that will take you in the direction that you want to go. You can't change other people, but they can learn from your example if they are ready to make changes too.
