It didn't work< I tried to force myself into the memory so I could be done with it and ended up throwing up. trembling shaking crying sobbing SICK this just IS not going to go away is it? What is messing with my head is that I have a lot of friends who knew me when I first started remembering on some level i guess and everyone I am seeking support from and thye are very supportive people , they have all said the same thing that they already knew or suspected this all along I am sooo messed up i cannot sleep.

It will go away but you need to go through the therapy process. I'm glad that you have good friends. You are not messed up. You are responding to the messed up things that happened to you and this is normal.

This is normal? it feels so intense like I really emotinally cannot handle this j.

It is very intense - can you try to find a safe place in your body and mind?
