I m survived till today, but i feel it so hard to start new...
i try to do things to love myself, but energy seems to not listen to me,
and what i think which is correct and helpful that i must do,
when i really go to do that, it turns out to be something else,
or i start to abuse myself again......
so, love myself=abuse myself,
it seems it is such a new lesson to learn,
and so hard to break the old pattern....
R there anyone in similar situations,
and win the game played again and again with ourselves?

Hi planetv, welcome to PC. Are you in therapy? Do you think that you got the message while growing up that it isn't okay to take good care of yourself?

Hey (((planetv)))))

Well I agree with Sannah. Therapy really helps one to start putting the pieces back together and the T guides you as painlessly as possible.
I wish you peace,
thanks for sharing,
Crew

I think that any T who will talk with you about what happened to you so that you can process it.

You were mistreated because those around you had major issues. It was about them, not you, but the message that you get out of that is that you were mistreated because this is what you deserved. It really isn't true, though.

Hi,

Yeah, I have a similar pattern of being abused. Message me if you want to talk... can we do that?
