I need help NOW!!!

I can't take one more trigger or flashback! I'm already broken, but I'm about to shatter. If I have one more memory of the guy who raped and abused me, I think I'm going to explode!

Just today, at church! I started having a panic attack and started to cry in fear. Just because the singer sounded like HIM and had the same name. I almost sprinted out of there.

I'm so freakin serious... I am going to shatter if it happens again. I CAN'T TAKE IT!!!

Is there ANY way to stop triggers? Ay at all?

I'm so desperate! I would eat a tree if that was how to stop it.
I'm already insane enough. I just wish I could erase my memory completely.

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!
Hugs from:

Well you can private message members you know here if they are around. Also, you can make a chat room and ask someone you know if they could come to the chat room here at PC. In response to one of your post last couple days, I did come up with two sites that have a computer chat line. I will be around here for another 45 minutes, too. Just in case, there's no one you know at PC who is online right now.

attentionThis is an old thread. You probably should not post your reply to it, as the original poster is unlikely to see it.
