More BS from me cause I'm not finding anything else right now.

1. I am alive.
2. I have a home.
3. I have clothes on my back.

In a strange zone here, feeling a bit lost for stuff and I need to try hard here.

Things that are good about me:
1. I am very independent.
2. I cook nicely
3. I am strong and have picked myself up out of the gutter before so I will do it again

I had to think all day for these..... but I finally have some.

1. My hair - I know this sounds dumb, but my hair is thick and grows quickly, so for the past 15 years I have donated my hair every year (minus I think two years when I did just trims).

2. My sister - she finally talked with me!

3. My brother - he took on the role of my dad growing up since my dad was not so nice to me.

Hmmm . . . let me give this a shot, because i got a good one today:

1. I was told I'm likeable.
2. I am a good person.
3. What he did wasn't my fault.

(We don't have to actually believe them yet, do we?)

No doggy you don't have to believe them yet, I don't believe many of mine at the moment.
If I may suggest something though... when you write them, instead of saying "I was told I am likable." Say "I am likeable."

Good job on your three!

Be well,

Celtic

1. I am thankful for the sleep I got last night after two weeks of very little sleep (totaled about 15 hours of sleep in two weeks). I'm also thankful for the sleeping pills a friend gave me to help last night.
2. I am strong.
3. I am myself.

Good news on the sleep celtic - I struggle also with not sleeping and ending up in massive meltdown.

I'm going for affirmations today because I think I need them - being grateful for external stuff is often easier because I don't have to think of good things about myself, but after a really rough few weeks I think I must start to build myself up.

1. I help and support people when they are in crisis.
2. I face my problems head on and deal with them proactively (even when they are of my own making).
3. I am helping my children to grow up secure in themselves.

Sod it I'm going to be grateful for outside things too. Need some momentum to get moving:

1. Wimbledon is on and the world cup (football/soccer) and I love having sport on while I'm (sort of) working
2. There is a flower festival on at the church near school which looks really beautiful
3. My new kitten is really cute and is making everyone happy

1. I accept all choices I've made as the best decisions I could have made with the knowledge and information I had at the time.
2. After making an error, I make an amend, do the next right thing, cut myself some slack and understand, "this too shall pass."
3. I am LIGHT, I am LOVE, I am JOY.

OK so I copied these from: 25 Affirmations to Align Yourself With the Greater Good | Joyce Marter
There are more good ones there.
